Sip the Sea: A Pacific Northwest Wine Pairing Experience
February 15, 2026, Lincoln City, Oregon. Two seatings: 12pm and 3:30pm.
If you’ve had the chance to stop by the newly-opened Sea Horsey Bottle Shop, you understand how passionate owners Michelle and Shawn are about local, small production wines. In true Winter Waters style, we’ve helped create an incredible collaboration between wine and food, with guest chef Gabe Kieffer of PicNic Eats, who specializes in seafood and foraged foods of the Oregon coast. We’ve been dreaming of this pairing of coastal culinary talent for months and can’t wait to see it come together in February. We hope you’ll join us!
What to expect:
Guided tasting flight of small production, Pacific Northwest wines
Gabe’s seafood pairings: elevated, seasonal small dishes from Oregon’s coast
Add-ons available: Fresh oysters on the half shell + dessert pairing
We also will be offering a fully non-alcoholic pairing featuring Pacific Northwest NA wines alongside a house seaweed mocktail, created to echo the minerality, salinity, and freshness of the coast.
